Estimated Tax (US)
Sales tax on your order is calculated according to the shipping address. Eddie Bauer is required by law to collect tax on any order sent to states where we have sufficient nexus and remit collected tax to the taxing jurisdiction. The sales tax displayed at checkout is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. Eddie Bauer collects sales tax (if applicable) on orders delivered to the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WY.
Delivery Charges (Colorado)
As of July 1st, 2024 the State of Colorado has imposed a non-refundable retail delivery fee in the amount of $0.29 on all deliveries into Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales tax.
Each order for delivery is considered a single “retail delivery” regardless of how many shipments are needed to deliver the items purchased.
