I'm 5'6" 140 lbs., size Medium typically, average bust, have long arms (5'9" wingspan) and without activity, I am a cooler person, so layering and a warm coat is a must...Wanted a waterproof/breathable, warm coat...Bought the large (too big) and had to exchange it for a medium. Medium is great...sleeve length (with cuffs!) is to my liking, comes about 1" past wrist, does not interfere with gloves. When walking at 18 degrees out, my arms seemed a bit chilled compared to the rest of my body, will just make sure i have 2 layers of long-sleeve on underneath. Shoulder area is a nice fit, not too big/tight...The bust area is a bit large for me, but it is a universal fit as the description states on the website. I wanted a longer coat to keep my legs a bit warmer on those cold evening walks with the dog...to me its a perfect length...Didn't want it to be past my knees, this comes just above the knee. The zipper is great, two-way and seems durable. I did have a hard time snapping a few of the lower snaps, they were very hard to snap, I will monitor those. Pockets on outside are deep and appropriately placed. Inside pocket on left chest, could be a bit larger.I did have to sinch the inside of the coat to make it fit me...Love the hood size, not too big or small, did sinch it a bit too to fit me with my Stormey Kromer hat (go UP!) The faux fur ruff has a nice feature too, you can keep it rolled back or can flip it into to hood to make it a bit longer...I did read some you commented that the material is loud, well it is not whisper quiet, but that is the characteristic of waterproof/breathable outerwear, I have no problem with that.So here is what I don't like about this coat (only 1 CON) the side buckle/snap at waist...it is not adjustable...so it just hangs there, not flattering at all...it does (for me) interfere while walking, putting my hankie back into my pocket, it seems that my gloved hand gets caught on it...Lifetime warranty...Nice perk EB!
