In most ways I like this jacket a lot. It fits well, looks good, is breathable, has great ease of movement, and is very warm. It's hard to find down jackets that are both warm and relatively slim but this fits the bill. The jacket's temperature rating seems fairly accurate, although as usual, activity level and layering will affect this. I'd say it could be worn in approx. 30 degree temperatures without much wind speed in just a long sleeve t-shirt, but layering with a sweater would work in the 20s with wind chill. Other nice little features are an interior pocket with a headphone slot and sleeve cuffs inside the the outer shell that allow you to wear gloves over top them without losing warmth on the wrists. There are two issues I have with this jacket. The first small one is the collar--its fleece lining is just ok. Added with the bulk of the down in the collar, it sometimes gets annoying when you turn your head. Nevertheless it is warm--you don't need to wear a scarf with this jacket. The major problem with this jacket is mentioned in a few other reviews. A little leakage is normal for down jackets but from day one down began coming through the shell of this thing. (Guessing the issue stems from the shell's heather design, which looks nice but has a million little microscopic holes that down loves to find.) I've noticed leakage most in the arms and back, but it avoids getting down on clothes due to the interior lining. Not planning on returning cause the fit and look win out for me but if the issue starts to impair the jacket's usability or become too much of a nuisance then I'll take advantage of the lifetime warranty. If you've read this far, congrats. In summary I'd recommend this jacket with reservations. If you're looking for a stylish lifestyle jacket that will keep you warm in most everything short of Snowpocalypse, but don't mind plucking little feathers off of it occasionally then this is the one for you.
