These pants are my go-to pants for work, church, everything in fall and winter. They're casual with sneakers or snow boots but can be dressed up with nice turtlenecks or sweaters and dress boots. I wear them for everything. Got the tall size, since they usually shrink shorter in the wash, and I'm glad I did. Got these on clearance, so the value was superb.

I'm 5'3" and about 149# give or take a couple pounds depending on the day. I've got about a 39" hip and 22" thighs (so curcy for pants) waist is around 29". I bought these in a 6 and an 8 in regular. (I got these on clearance and they didn't have the size/color I wanted in petite) so both needed hemming, but I did that myself and it was no problem, I knew I was getting them long for me. They were both pretty exact on the 32" inseam, so measuring and hemming was smooth and easy. These pants look great. They are super comfortable. And the front & back pockets are amazing. My Samsung S7 fits sideways and vertically in the front pocket. I'm giddy thinking of all the things I can put in the pockets. My hips will look like a chipmunks cheeks when I'm done. (I joke) The difference in fit in the 8's and 6's: I think a ten would be too big, especially after a few hours of wear. The 8's fit perfect and super comfortable straight away. After a full day of wear, they kept their shape and felt a little looser. The 6's fit like a pair of tight jeans, the waist was not too tight. I think these will give a little after a full day from the small amount of spandex. Also, since my weight fluctuates between 146 and 152, I think the 6s will look nicer and better fitting when I'm closer to 146. And the 8s will then be more loose-fitting, which is great for some things
