I think this is one of the worst web sites in the world. Finding and re-ordering the same pant took me :45 minutes. Also, why don't you carry normal human sized cloths in your retail outlets? Are all your customers waifs?

I attempted to order two pairs of pants through the Canadian website. One pair was back ordered for several weeks. The first pair arrived and wasn't hemmed at all. After talking to two separate customer service reps, Eddie Bauer finally agreed to pay for the shipping to return the pants and gave me credit for the new shipping charges. The re-ordered pants arrived and were also not hemmed!!! The back-ordered pants finally arrived a month later, and were hemmed to an incorrect length. After a very frustrating call to customer service, finally got them to agree to pay for the return shipping, but I will have to re-order these pants too, then call back for the fourth time to be refunded the latest shipping fee. RIDICULOUS and I WILL NOT order from Eddie Bauer again!!!!
