The run small. As one review said they are best if you have a small rear. I'm returning them for a size up.

    Comments about Women|Fleece Women's StayShape® Fleece-Lined Slim Straight Jeans - Slightly Curvy:

    Background:

I'm a pear shaped curvy gal. My hips are 44", my natural waist 31". The waistband for jeans that fit me well are 35". A year ago I bought the polar fleece-lined pants sold by EB and I LOVE them. So much so that I bought a second pair. I bought those in a size 8T and even thought they weren't a curvy fit (the cut that really fits me) they fit like a glove. I wanted some jeans that were just as warm, so I ordered these pants.

    Review:

Nope. These pants don't work at all and it stems down to rise. As another reviewer mentioned, the back of these jeans are low. Curvy gals know that the back rise has to be higher for pants to fit truly well. For reference, the polar pants mentioned above have a front rise of 10" and a back rise of 17". For the size 12, these pants have a front rise just shy of 10" and a back rise of 15". That's 2" of plumber's crack "danger zone" that really needs to be avoided. The waistband is 34". The fleece is not bonded to the jeans but is rather a second layer. I ordered a size 10 and while I didn't try them on, the back rise is 14.5", the front rise is 9.5" and the waistband is 32". Make some of these in a curvy fit! with a 17" back rise yo!

    Runs small

    Comments about Women|Fleece Women's StayShape® Fleece-Lined Slim Straight Jeans - Slightly Curvy:

These are nice pants that stretch, but I had to go up a size. I had ordered them originally in a 10, and had to return them and order a 12, and I never wear a size 12 in anything. But because of the lining that is so bulky it adds to the tightness. But finding a lined pair of stretch jeans that is slim fit is impossible to find so I was happy finding them. Since I had to go up in size, the waist is too big, and I think I will have to sew an extra button on it to pull it tighter around my waist. And also like someone else said, they fit too low in the rear and feel like they want to fall off. The size 10 did also.

      Comments about Women|Fleece Women's StayShape® Fleece-Lined Slim Straight Jeans - Slightly Curvy:

These are so nice and toasty... I really want to love them, but they're pretty uncomfortable to wear and also pretty unflattering. I'm SO happy to find a slightly curvy EB jean--they're usually way too tight around the hips/butt and squeeze my squat booty to the point that it's flat and I can't sit, while still having an extra 3 inches or so in the waist. The waist is only a little big on these, but they still make my butt look oddly flat without being too tight. My biggest gripe is that the rear rise isn't high enough and they come up JUST over the top of my butt... makes it's uncomfortable to move around or sit and perhaps that's why it makes my butt look weird. Additionally, unlike a previous review states, the fleece and denim are not bonded, so it does get a little weird and bunchy and it's kind of an odd amount/configuration of fabric in the crotch and almost feels like I'm wearing a big ole maxi pad. BUT, issues aside, they're super warm, which is why I bought them, and have very ample front pockets, which is an unfortunately rare trait in women's jeans. I *think* I'm keeping them? I would recommend to someone with a less ample rear than I have. Also, for size reference, I typically wear a size 26 or 27--I'm 5'3", and a muscular 127lbs, with a petite hourglass shape--I got a size 2 and they mostly fit; the 4 was way too big.
