    Comments about Men's Rainfoil® Jacket:

This jacket is ok, but it doesn't measure up to my old Eddie Bauer Nisqually rain jacket. The hood would be better if it were completely removable, as it is too big to really fit well into the collar. This jacket is also far too heavy when compared to actual "shell" jackets. Given that there are no pit-zips, it's easy to become overheated quickly. I've also found that it will soak-through in 10-15 minutes of moderate rain. It works well around town, but it's not the packable, activity oriented shell that I was hoping for. Eddie, if you're listening, BRING BACK THE NISQUALLY RAIN SHELL!!!

            Comments about Men's Rainfoil® Jacket:

This is a nice jacket but not up to the standards of an earlier edition of the Weatheredge Rainfoil jacket. The current jacket is much lighter in weight and has less warmth protection. Nor is the stying as good without the top pockets, cheaper hood and a more streamlined look. It does not have the same look, feel or comfortable fit as its predecessor. That said, it is still a nice jacket, just not a good replacement for what was an outstanding jacket a few years ago.

              Comments about Men's Rainfoil® Jacket:

Definately water proof, light, and fits good although it seems to run a little larger than I had expected. Next size down would be too tight a fit I'm sure. I also think the hood is bigger than it has to be. It's like walking with side blinders when it's on although it does have a tie string if desired. The only thing I would have liked is an inside pocket for my wallet. Even better if it was a secured pocket (velcro?) so that the items wouldn't fall out when lieing down the jacket. Still am happy with the jacket and would recommend it to a friend.
