World's Best Down®

Each cluster of the super high-loft 800 fill StormDown® is also treated with a DWR finish so the down retains its loft and superior insulating properties even in wet conditions.

      Comments about Women's MicroTherm® StormDown® Jacket:

I love this jacket but I've come to accept that cloths are never going to be perfect. I'm 6'2" and proportionate. The sleeves are plenty long enough and offer room to tuck my hands in without fear of ripping the sweet hem. The torso is proportionately long. Which is rare. But the girth is off. I ended up taking the waist and hips in two inches. I could have done more but due to the cut, it would have required cutting and re-sewing which didn't seem appealing given the fabric and fill.

The color is great and I was thrilled to have a women's jacket in a feminine color.

The jacket is warm and fairly waterproof. It's seen rain in the Pacific Northwest yet kept me dry. My only gripe is it's not breathable (which has its perks) so I noticed it felt muggy in the rain, almost as if the water was seeping through like when you wear a hoodie in the rain.

      Overall, I like it.

      Comments about Women's MicroTherm® StormDown® Jacket:

I've been looking for a lightweight down jacket for a while. I looked at the Patagonia and REI versions and this jacket is far and away the best of the three! Lightweight, warm, and a perfect fit. I like it so much I ordered it another color!
