Live Your Adventure®

Ultralight, windproof, water-repellent alpine protection. Guide built. Guide trusted. Weighing just a shade over four ounces, this packable windshell is ideal for climbing, hiking, trail running, and backcountry skiing.

"I brought this super light jacket on a winter solo ascent of 'Cosmic Trauma,' a 1500' bigwall climb in Zion. Pitch after pitch of sustained aid climbing had me working hard, and this was the perfect layer for moving all day in the winter sun and wind. When I got back to my car loaded with ropes and gear, I realized I had never taken it off!"
—Mason Earle, Eddie Bauer Climbing Athlete

Nice lightweight jacket

Comments about First Ascent|Men|Jackets & Vests Men's Uplift Windshell:

The jacket/shell fits slightly small and the arms are a little short. If you don't have long arms, this is a great lightweight jacket to protect wind/rain.

Comments about First Ascent|Men|Jackets & Vests Men's Uplift Windshell:

I bought this for travel for my husband and I ( It fits me as well as my husband. I bought size Large in mens. EB women's are just too body hugging, but this is perfect, and on my torso ( 5'6") comes down a little more than the women's would- always a good thing in a waterproof jacket). The hood fits really well. It rolls up into a tiny package- and is easily stuffed into a computer case or other carry on.

Comments about First Ascent|Men|Jackets & Vests Men's Uplift Windshell:

I was recently able to put my new Windshell to the test. April in Oklahoma means rain and wind. This is a nice lightweight jacket that protected from wind and kept the rain from soaking through. When I made it inside the jacket was nearly clear of rain water. I was surprised, then happy, then excited that I had found this wonderful item. Best thing I've ever bought.
