    Comments about Boulder River Backpack:

I purchased this bag after countless hours trying to find a bag that would fit my 17 inch laptop and my 13 inch MBA for the times when I need to travel with both. This backpack met my expectations and have most certainly exceeded them.

I am able to fit my 13 inch without any issue and can even use the side pocket to remove when not wanting to expose the full contents of my bag. My 17 inch is able to fit inside while also still having enough room to fit my 13 inch with a hardshell case. The 17 inch will not pull through the side pocket however I knew this going in.

This bag has an ample amount of pockets for storage and most important organization. I am able to organize this bag a multitude of ways.

So far the bag is holding up, there are no tears, loose thread or weak spots that I can see and I have been using this backpack for over 2 months. I recently got caught in light to moderate rain and lucky to report no water made its way inside. Although I doubt prolonged periods in heavy rain will yield the same results.

What really makes this bag stand out is the straps and padding, which makes carrying this bag all the more delightful. You have 2 straps one for your waist and one that goes across the chest, they are fully adjustable to fit securely and comfortably. The waist strap is completely optional to use and has an opening along the bottom to tuck them away when not using. The straps and back have ample padding that increases comfort.

All in all a bag worth the price, this bag can easily transition with you and would be perfect for a student, everyday use or for trips.

Well made bag that is practical for both going to school and hiking/traveling. Hoping this backpack lasts as a book bag for my son longer than the cheaper ones I bought elsewhere in the previous fall

I bought the pack to be a book carrier for the class I am taking through the spring. It has met the need very well, carries about 10 books and a notebook with no issue, and lots of pockets for pens and miscellany. Doing exactly what I purchased it for.

              Comments about Boulder River Backpack:

I bought this pack specifically to use as a carry-on for my international travels, and after one trip it has already proven to be a good investment. I almost always travel with my laptop, so the easy-access side pocket was SO convenient in getting my laptop out for each. and. every. security check. I also love all the exterior pockets and zipper compartments, which keep me both organized and give me quick and easy access to the things I need the most during flights & layovers. The padded straps are quite comfortable and fit my small frame without a problem.
I wish the pack came in a few more color options--perhaps something a little more professional-looking and less obnoxious--yet still feminine. I ended up with the gray/green, which is fine.
