The Original Outdoor Outfitter®

A pound and a half of pure bliss, this 28-liter technical summit pack pares down weight to the mandatory minimum for lightning-fast ascents or long solo missions. Interior web skeleton of 15mm nylon webbing extends from top lid, down the front, and ties into the side compression/load stabilizers. Gives pack structure, without tension, and when load stabilizers are tightened, skeleton acts on the entire pack, pulling the load closer.

Comments about First Ascent|Gear|Backpacks & Duffels Bacon Pack:

This is the real deal. I've used mine for everything from day hikes, to camping, to jetsetting. Very practical and stylish. I bought the black one, couldn't be happier with it, blends in nicely on work trips. I've received numerous compliments from fellow campers, coworkers, and complete strangers at the airport!

Comments about First Ascent|Gear|Backpacks & Duffels Bacon Pack:

Pack is just what I was looking for to hike with. Extremely light weight is a huge bonus. Comfortable to the point where you don't even feel that need to whip it off if you're taking a break or reach the top for relief. Overall great design. Wish big pocket had some compartments. Put stuff in this pack strategically so you know where stuff is when it needs to come out.

Comments about First Ascent|Gear|Backpacks & Duffels Bacon Pack:

This is just what I have been looking for: a large pack with a decent waist belt, but very lightweight. I have not yet used it, but it seems to fit quite nicely and comfortably.
