How do I start the interview process?
- For Store Management opportunities, you may apply on line at www.eddiebauer.com/careers or visit an Eddie Bauer store to complete an application. For non-management positions, apply directly at your preferred Eddie Bauer location.

What is the typical interview process?
- For Store Management positions, the process typically starts with a Regional Recruiter and includes interviews with the Store Manager and District Director. For a Sales/Stock Associate position, your interview includes the Co-Manager and Store Manager of the hiring location.

- Eddie Bauer does not offer store internships at this time. Please check back in the future for updates on internship availabilities.

What type of training is available for new Store Managers?
- All new Store Managers spend their first week training with a Certified Store Manager trainer. A new Store Manager will train in the home store of the certified trainer, ensuring the education necessary for success. Training and education continue after the first week in many different formats throughout a Manager's tenure with Eddie Bauer.

What is a typical career path in your stores?
- Most associates begin their careers as Sales or Stock Associates. From there they can be promoted to Assistant Manager, then Co-Manager, then Store Manager. Store Managers have the opportunity to become new Store Manager Trainers or move to a District Director level.

When will I be eligible for benefits?
- Full-time management associates are eligible for benefits 30 days after their start date. Non-Management associates are eligible for benefits two full quarters after their hire date if they have maintained an average of 30 hours per week during those two quarters.

- Certain District Director and key Store Manager positions are eligible for relocation assistance. Your Recruiter can discuss this with you during our interview process.
