Cancel Your Order
- Canceling your order before it is sent is easy.
To cancel your order, simply click on the "Clear Bag" button while in your shopping bag. This will remove all items from your shopping bag and delete all information that has been entered.
- Canceling your order once it has been placed.
Once an Internet order has been placed, there's no way to change it because it's automatically processed as soon as you press "Send this Order and View Receipt." If you need to return an item, please return it to us as soon as you receive it.
- Canceling your back-order is easy.
To cancel your back-order, you can email us by completing our online form or call Customer Satisfaction at 800-426-8020. Fill out the form with your name, address and order number. Send it to us, and you're all set. Simple as that!
