If you haven't submitted your order yet, simply click on the "Shopping Bag" button. This will take you directly to your Shopping Bag where you can click on the "Edit" links to make any changes you'd like to your items. When you're done, click on the "Begin Checkout" button again to be taken to the "Address" page. Complete the information and then follow the steps. You'll receive a receipt at the end of the ordering process. Just print the receipt and keep it for your records. Simple as that!
Once an Internet order has been placed, there's no way to change it because it's automatically processed as soon as you press "Send this Order and View Receipt." If you need to change an item, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item, just place another order.
Well, you can't add a discount or free shipping code to an order you just placed, but we can! Normally, discount and free shipping codes should be placed in the Promotion Code field on the Delivery & Extras page of the order before it's sent. But if you place your order and then realize you omitted the discount or free shipping code, we can add it to your order for you. Just send us an email by completing our online form (don't forget to include your order number, name, address and the code you're using in the comments field) or call Customer Satisfaction at 800-426-8020, and we'll be happy to add it for you. Sorry, but we cannot apply discount or shipping codes to previous orders.
