Back-ordered Items

Check the status of my back-ordered item

Checking the status of your back-order is easy!
Just send us an email by completing our online form or call Customer Satisfaction at 800-426-8020. Be sure to let us know which item(s) you are inquiring about and the order number (if you have it). Simple as that!

Placing sold out items on back-order

Sorry, we are unable to do this.
When an item is showing "Sold Out" we have no way of guaranteeing if we can get the item to you. Sometimes sold out items do come back, but they may be seasonal. If an item is on back-order it means we currently don't have the item in stock but aim at having the item in the near future. Back-ordered items will be indicated by a "Ships by" date.

Cancel back-ordered items

Canceling your back-order (if you must!) is easy.
To cancel your back-order, you can email us by completing our online form or call Customer Satisfaction at 800-426-8020. Fill out the form with your name, address and order number. Send it to us, and you're all set. Simple as that!

Delivery of backorders

Backorders are delivered via the same method of delivery as the original order at no additional charge (if you request Express delivery on the original order, the backorder will also be sent Express).
