Our Catalog Quick Order feature takes you directly to the items you want. Just type in an item number from our catalogs or web site into the Catalog Quick Order boxes and we'll take you right to that item.
To place an order on our site, your browser must be SSL-compliant and have a "secure mode." Look for the closed lock or unbroken key icon on the bottom of the checkout page to see if your SSL is active and your information is secure.
Making a change to an order that has not been submitted.
If you haven't submitted your order yet, simply click on the "Shopping Bag" button. This will take you directly to your Shopping Bag where you can click on the "Edit" links to make any changes you'd like to your items. When you're done, click on the "Begin Checkout" button again to be taken to the "Address" page. Complete the information and the follow the steps. You'll receive a receipt at the end of the ordering process. Just print the receipt and keep it for your records. Simple as that!
Making a change to an order I've already placed.
Once an internet order has been placed, there's no way to change it because it's automatically processed as soon as you press "Send this Order and View Receipt." If you need to change an item, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item, just place another order.
Adding a discount or free shipping code to an order I've already placed.
Well, you can't add a discount or free shipping to an order you just placed, but we can! Normally, discount and free shipping codes should be placed in the Promotion Code field on the Delivery & Extras page of the order before it's sent. But if you place your order and then realize you omitted the discount or free shipping code, we can add it for you. You may initially be charged the full amount, however if so, you will also see the appropriate amount credited. Just send us an email by completing our online form (don't forget to include your order number, name, address and code you're using in the comments field) or call Customer Satisfaction at 1-800-426-8020, and we'll be happy to add it for you.
To clear your shopping bag, simply click on the "Clear Bag" button while in your shopping bag. This will remove all items from your shopping bag and delete all information that has been entered.
Canceling your order once it has been submitted.

Placing sold out items on backorder.
Sorry, we are unable to do this. When an item is showing "Sold Out" we have no way of guarantee if we can get the item to you. Sometimes sold out items do come back, but they may be seasonal. If an item is on back-order it means we currently don't have the item in stock but aim at having the item in the near future. Back-ordered items will be indicated by a "Ships by" date.

Delivery of backorders.
Backorders are delivered via the same method of delivery as the original order at no additional charge (if you request Express delivery on the original order, the backorder will also be sent Express).
