Adventure is all about stretching your capacity and meeting new challenges. Our BE FIRST program is an opportunity to get sponsored when you go for your summit whatever that may be. So if you’ve got a passion for adventure, send us your proposal. We can help make it happen. What’s your next first?

From April 5 to May 6 of 2009, a five-man team of world-renowned surfers set out for some of the world's most remote, forbidding places with one goal in mind: to find and ride waves rarely seen and never surfed. Far above the Arctic Circle, Yassine Ouhilal, Christian Wach, Pat Millin, Matthew Whitehead and Cyrus Sutton hoped to return to "the soul of surfing," riding perfect waves in near solitude among a small circle of close friends.

In February 2010, Jantoon Reigersman and Vincent Kneefel will set out on a journey "from the bottom of the ocean to the top of the world." Beginning with a dive off the coast of Spain and culminating with the summit of Mt. Everest, their challenge is to make the world's first 9000-meter ascent.

Visit the 9000meter Challenge website.

We outfitted our first expeditions more than 55 years ago, including some of the most historic first ascents in the 20th century. But it wasn't all about mountaineering. We helped outfit a 2-year archaeological exploration of the 10,000-mile Inca Highway in South America. We sponsored five expeditions to the north Arctic, including Baffin and Ellesmere Islands. We outfitted the 2-person team that set a world record for canoeing down the full length of the Mississippi River.
