Official rules - Eddie Bauer Gear In Action Pinterest Contest
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
How To Enter.  Design your new favorite Fall outfit by creating a new board on Pinterest entitled Eddie Bauer Fall Favorites. Pin five images of Eddie Bauer wardrobe pieces from www.eddiebauer.com. Be sure to include hashtag #EBFallFavorites with each pin on your pinboard. Once your board is complete, post a comment with a link to your board underneath the Contest Pin on the Fall Favorites pinboard on the Eddie Bauer Pinterest page. The Winning pinboard will be selected by the Eddie Bauer team and notified by a comment on the Winner's board on September 23rd. The Winner will be selected based on the most complete and stylish representation of Eddie Bauer products.
ELIGIBILITY.  To be eligible, you must (1) be a resident of the US, except for Rhode Island residents, who are not eligible to participate, (2) 18 years or older at time of entry, (3) not an employee of Eddie Bauer or its affiliated companies, or members of their households, and (4) "Follow" Eddie Bauer on Pinterest. One entry per Pinterest account.
PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZE and PRIZE INFORMATION.  The winning Eddie Bauer Fall Favorites pinboard will be notified by Eddie Bauer commenting on the winning board that explicitly identifies the Eddie Bauer Fall Favorites pinboard as a "Winner". Eddie Bauer may leave other comments on non-winning pinboards—simply receiving any comment from Eddie Bauer does not mean that the pinboard is a Winner. To claim the prize, the potential winner must email ebsocial@eddiebauer.com by October 1, 2012, provide requested identification, affirm "Eligibility" in writing, and consent to the use by Eddie Bauer LLC of the Winner's name, and city and state of residence, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. If a potential winner fails to claim the prize on or before October 1, 2012, then the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the Eddie Bauer Fall Favorites pinboard with the next best representation of theme and style.
The Winner will be awarded a $500 Eddie Bauer Gift Card. The Eddie Bauer Gift Card may be used www.eddiebauer.com, in store, or through our catalog. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Eddie Bauer is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming the Gift Card. The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result. Void where prohibited by law and subject to applicable law. Eddie Bauer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel or modify this Contest at any time, including if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of this Contest. Eddie Bauer also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web site, attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or who is otherwise in violation of these Rules. Decisions of Eddie Bauer are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest. For a winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by September 29, 2012, to Eddie Bauer LLC, 10401 NE 8th Street, Suite 500, Bellevue, WA 98004, Attn: Pinterest Contests. Entries will be accepted 12:01:01 A.M. (PT) on August 29, 2012, through 11:59:59 P.M. (PT) on September 22, 2012.
